If you have been following the tracking of ol’ Frank since its conception in 2009, then you would know that I took rather a large leap of faith to move from a production career in TV, to a production career in food!

So i spent all day having fun today!
Back in the kitchen for a little day of recipe testing…and guess who gets to try it all?! YOU!
It’s sour cherry season for about 2 weeks! So get your bot bot down to Abbotsford tomorrow, and let me know what you think of our new:
- Mt Buffalo Hazelnut tart with stone fruit poached fresh tomorrow morning (at the market)
- Mini clafoutis pies with poached plumpricots
- Chocolate and sour cherry tart
- Greek style lemon yoghurt and rhubarb cake
- Cardamon and orange polenta (gluten free)
- and FRESH ON THE SPOT, breakfast crumble tarts, with your choice of poached fruit, crumble topping and Schulz’s oragnic cream…
