Easter might be a religious celebration for you… or not… for many, its a really great time to eat WAYYYYYY too much chocolate…

Exciting news afoot.
After being “discovered” on a promotional video on the Slow Food website, I was invited by the producers of “Everyday Gourmet”….a network 10 show currently in production, to come and feature in a few epsiodes of the TV show!

So after meeting Justine Schofield (think Masterchef series1), and having a lovely enjoyable audition, yesterday, in my heavily pregnant state, off I went to the studio to teach Justine, and all you viewers in waiting, some of the Frank, Food & Me secrets!

We filmed 3 different recipes, which I better keep under my hat for now, but let it be known that you will be able to see some of my beloved recipes online very soon!

When I have some clips of the show, I will upload them for your viewing pleasure!

It was a fantastic day with a fantastic crew…but anyone who says that TV is glamourous and easy – is SORELY MISTAKEN!

But what it is – is YUMMY! we ate a lot of cake!!
